Bali is known as a healing place. People trek from all corners of the world to be held in the cradle of this mystical, magical land. Our retreat takes place in Ubud, whose name means ‘medicine’. It is known as the spiritual, cultural, and wellness centre of Bali.
Here, immersed in tranquil nature, you will find a stillness that you may not have felt in a very long time. Our vision is to reconnect you more deeply with your Self, with Nature, and with your Purpose as you join a curated community of women on this quest to restore, realign, and re-awaken the vitality that lives inside of you.

RESTORE
From the moment you arrive, you will feel cared for. We will arrange the taxi to pick you up and bring you to our luxurious retreat centre to your gorgeous room. Rest your nervous system as you relax with the jungle views, sunbathe by the pool, and let yourself adjust to the frequency of Bali.
During the week, we will engage in ancient practices to support our bodies, minds, hearts, and spirits. You can expect yoga, breathwork, meditation, Balinese massages, and traditional ancient Balinese healing practices to be weaved throughout the week. Did we mention the incredible organic nutrient-rich plant-based meals every day?!
And of course, we will have FUN! We will explore the local culture and practices so you can learn from the depth and richness of Balinese life.
